On 7/2/2026 at approx 11:26 pm, Deputy Sheriff Ethan Berghammer was dispatched by Delaware County 911 to a motorcycle accident which occurred on County Highway 6 in the Town of Bovina. Patrols were assisted on scene by Bovina Fire and EMS units, County Ambulance and Alwine's Towing.

Race recap- We had a fast car last night. Took first in my heat and redrew 1st to get me up front in the feature. The car felt glued to the track in the feature and lead over half the race until a caution on lap 10. My tires cooled down and I pushed way wide coming into turn three and moved back to 2nd where i would finish.
