Like most Millennials, I didn't think twice about using dating apps, like Tinder, Hinge and OkCupid (3 of the 45 dating apps Match.com owns btw).
I mean, how else do you meet people in this post COVID hell we're living in?!
Dating apps seem to be the only option, but they're no longer worth the risk, especially when you ONLY meet low value men, and when you see guys you know have r***d women in your circle on these apps -- yes, even on Hinge, which is supposed to be the Tinder for "relationship-minded millennials."
According to investigations by and , registered s*x offenders are scouring dating apps for their next victim and succeeding at their deviant plans to r**e them.
Even worse, these apps have created rapists out of people who would've never done this before, according to NCA analysis.
"These offenders are less likely to have criminal convictions, but instead exploit the ease of access and armchair approach to dating websites. This is aided by potential victims not thinking of them as strangers, but someone they have got to know."
Takeaway: Don't go home with a guy you met online after the first "date." Take time to get to know him, and do your due diligence.
Stay skeptical to protect yourself, because Match.com definitely isn't going to.
