Found Industries, through its Found Metals division, and ARES Strategic Mining Inc. today announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding to evaluate the recovery of gallium, germanium and other strategic critical materials from ARES-owned or controlled feedstocks associated with the Lost Sheep Mine in Utah.

The collaboration brings together a uniquely strategic U.S. mineral asset and an emerging domestic critical metals processing platform at a moment when secure North American supply chains for semiconductors, defense systems, energy technologies and advanced manufacturing have become an urgent priority.

Ares has resolved its dispute with Hinkinite Resources LLC, acquiring 101 unpatented lode mining claims in the Spor Mountain district. This expands Ares’ holdings to ~454 claims covering over 7,700 acres. The deal includes:
US$77,878 cash
170,887 shares issued at $0.395/share
Transfer of proprietary geological data and mapping

CEO James Walker: “This settlement eliminates title uncertainty and strengthens our position as we advance towards our application for a potential NASDAQ uplisting.” A key de-risking step for the Lost Sheep Fluorspar Mine and U.S. critical minerals supply.

First off - a little apology to everyone for being a little quiet lately - we’ve had a lot of visitors onsite, including our marketing team and potential customers and other interested parties.

We’ve been fully focused on the final stages of commissioning. The electrical and MCC systems are now complete, conveyor belts have been fitted, and we’re actively testing and optimizing each plant subsection as we move through them.

We’re in that final stretch. We remain on track to sell product this year, with several customers who have visited the site recently and continue to show strong interest in our material. We appreciate your patience, we understand the wait is not easy.

A BIG shoutout to the absolute legends who are moving things at a pace here at the Lost Sheep Mine: the real-deal miners, welders, and underground warriors who show up every day covered in dust, sweat, and glory. These guys are the backbone of this operation. Absolute legends.

So many on site are from the local Delta community too - and we at Ares couldn’t be happier to be a local employer.

You may also spot James Walker who was at the mine for a site visit this month. For James, these important site visits are more than a box ticking exercise - he is busy checking operational detail, and giving tours to interested customers, investors and many others.

Many of you track our CSE filings, and March was another strong month of progress as we continue building toward full production at our fluorspar project!

💪 Key Highlights:

Steady mining and stockpiling of high-quality ore
Welcomed additional plant experts to accelerate commissioning and ramp-up

On the corporate side, we raised $60,522 through the exercise of warrants (issuing 232,777 shares), strengthening our working capital position. Management has also been actively engaging top legal and banking advisors as we explore a potential U.S. up-listing - an exciting step for the next phase of growth!
