Our consultants have wide ranging experience spanning decades, focusing on housing and worker co-ops but with relevance for other cooperative sectors as well. We have experience in the entire process of starting new housing cooperatives, from organizing a group and purchasing property, through managing systems for maintenance, membership and finances. We can also help existing groups with expansio

n, or with operational problems in any of any type. We can advise on community relations, establishing alumni programs, member education and governance.
