From then on I was hooked, hooked on anything that had to do with fueling our bodies and making them the best and healthiest they could be. When we welcomed our twins a year and half ago I made it my mission to make them the healthiest of all, because by this time I would consider myself very well educated on what went into our bodies. I made their baby food from scratch, using many different foods,flavors & spices. I am proud that for years I researched and gained knowledge about food and its effects on your health. I want to bring my experience to you, to your kids, to your family. The lack of nutritional education in today's society blows me away, we truly are what we eat. Every ounce of food that passes into your body has an impact not just with weight loss and your physical body make but also serious and sometimes long lasting impacts on your health both mentally and physically.
