Our theme for the year is simple: what you feed grows.
As nonprofit development professionals, it is hard to step away from the day-to-day to invest in training or pour back into yourself. What we are seeing in our cohort is that those who do make the time get that investment back many times over.
We have members who are brand new to development and are already securing six-figure gifts because they are slowing down, talking through strategy, and getting the support they need to be effective and confident in their roles.
