If you’ve ever felt too much or not enough—welcome to being human. When the world keeps telling you you’re not enough, staying positive becomes an act of courage. You don’t need permission to believe in yourself. The world is great at telling you what you lack. Leadership is learning to silence the inner critic and move forward anyway.
You’re more capable than the voice in your head says you are. Facing your inner critic is part of becoming the leader you’re meant to be.
Today, write down one strength you usually minimize. If you spoke to yourself the way you speak to someone you love… what would change? 💛

I get asked this all the time by young leaders:

“What *should* I major in?”

Here’s my honest answer: don’t stress about it too much.
Only about **30% of college graduates end up working in a job directly related to their major**.
So odds are, the job you’ll have in 10–20 years won’t look anything like what you studied—and that’s okay.

What does matter?
✅ Learning how to think
✅ Learning how to learn
✅ Showing up, finishing things, building discipline
✅ Getting exposure to ideas, people, and perspectives different from your own

Your education isn’t a job title—it’s a foundation.
Careers evolve. People evolve. You will too.

Focus less on picking the “perfect” path and more on building skills that travel with you wherever you go.

That’s leadership for the long game. 💛

AI isn’t coming for the workforce.
It’s already here—and it’s not going anywhere.
As leaders and entrepreneurs, we don’t get to sit this one out.
Waiting, resisting, or hoping it passes is not a strategy.
This isn’t about replacing people.
It’s about leading differently and rethinking how work gets done.
Adaptability is no longer a leadership competency you develop over time.
It’s the job now.
The leaders who embrace AI will shape the future of work.
The rest will spend their time trying to catch up.
Choose accordingly.
