Middle of the second week! Early mornings and lovely sunrises.

Finance is becoming a surprise favorite of mine, accounting is confusing, stats is hard, marketing is interesting and internship hunting has commenced!

I also got a graduate assistantship! I’ll share more about that later.

Off to more homework I go!

Week 1 of orientation down!

I’ve done a lot of team building exercises before but this one from was amazing! They brought a full car, taught us basic roles and then as a team we had to figure out how to get the fastest time to change two tires.

I got to really dig into my own strength from to bring two teams together. Excited to see what happens this upcoming week!

Looking back at my very first Salseando! Experience event last fall. I seriously can’t wait to do it again! We learned so much about the roles of Leading and Following in Latin dance and in business. Like when someone is new to the role- you should guide them at just the right level of support. You don’t want to do tasks for them, but also don’t want them to fail. That goes for Leads and Follows.
