“I came to ITP with zero flight hours, and I’m incredibly proud to say that I have completed every flight hour from zero all the way to the airlines with In The Pattern.

I came to the flight school with passion and a dream, and those feelings were reflected in the people that work at ITP, and it allowed me to stay focused and driven to reach my goal. I wouldn’t be where I am today without ITP”
-Blair Jones

Enough said! Congrats Blair! Leave some love for him in the comments as he heads off to his new airline gig! 👇✈️

And a huge shoutout to their instructors for helping them reach this milestone. Here’s to many more firsts in the skies! 🎉

What are the odds?! 😂✈️

While promoting ITP at the Metroport Chamber mixer, Sherman gave away a discovery flight — and Miguel was the lucky winner!

Then, the very next door prize was from Bison Coolers, where Miguel works… and Sherman won it! 😂

Two lucky winners, two great prizes, and a pretty fun coincidence! Check out Sherman with Miguel and Bison Coolers owner Brian in the photos.

Today we’re celebrating Joseph! 🇺🇸✈️

For the past year, Joseph has been an important part of the ITP team, bringing his positive attitude, hard work, and great energy every day. While we’re sad to see him go, we couldn’t be more proud of him as he heads off to Officer Training School with the U.S. Air Force!

We’ll miss having you around, Joseph, but we’re excited to see all that you accomplish. Congratulations and best of luck on this next chapter! 🇺🇸👏

Today, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and to honor the courage of the first responders, military members, and countless individuals who answered the call in the face of unimaginable tragedy.
As aviators, this day holds a special significance. It reminds us that aviation is more than airplanes—it is built on trust, responsibility, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to safety.
At In The Pattern, we are grateful for the freedom to fly and for those who continue to protect our skies every day. We also remember the resilience of our nation and how the aviation community came together in the days, months, and years that followed.
Today, we remember.
We honor.
We will never forget.
Never.
