After completing our Six Sigma PH Yellow Belt Training in July, our General Manager, Gobert Lim , shared this:

“Sustainable growth requires more than solving problems as they arise—we need to understand their root causes and improve the systems behind them.”

For home care and home health agencies, that mindset matters.

Behind every filled shift, completed intake, recruited caregiver, answered after-hours call, and supported client is a process. When those processes are unclear or inefficient, the impact eventually reaches the people we serve.

As Gobert Lim, MM, CLSSYB put it, ABS needs a “more systematic, data-driven, and cross-functional approach” so we can “reduce inefficiencies, make better management decisions, and consistently deliver stronger results for our clients, VAs, and the organization.”

That is what continuous improvement means to us.

It’s built when leaders are willing to learn, question the process, and improve the systems their teams and clients depend on.

Our Lean Six Sigma training was more than a workshop. It was another step toward creating stronger leaders at ABS who can solve problems with structure, communicate better, and continuously improve how we support home care and home health agencies.

As Regina Asuncion reminded our team, “One of the greatest privileges of leadership is creating more leaders.”

Because our clients may not see everything happening behind the scenes, but they should always feel the impact of better systems, better communication, and better support.
