This morning, our Chairman & CEO Dylan Taylor broke the news about our intent to acquire Astrobotic Technology exclusively on Squawk BoxCNBC with Joe Kernen, Becky Quick and Andrew Ross Sorkin. Astrobotic is a key strategic acquisition in the company’s lunar initiative road map: the hardware and operational capability to land on the lunar surface, sustain life and execute critical missions.

Voyager President Matt Kuta met JPMorganChase CEO Jamie Dimon in December 2024. That relationship led to JPMorgan playing an instrumental role in Voyager's IPO and continues to this day. Most recently, the JPMorgan team connected Chairman and CEO Dylan Taylor with Infleqtion to advance dual-use quantum technology in low-Earth orbit aboard the International Space Station and Starlab. ​

We've been awarded a $16.5M Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency - DARPA contract to advance propellant-embedded control technology that gives solid rocket motors tailorable, post-manufacturing thrust control. Another step toward reshaping how America's weapons systems are produced, mission tailored and fielded at scale.​

Commission. Congratulations to Jeffrey Manber, special representative to the
