Big news at building ONE consulting! After more than 20 years building this firm, founder Kevin Harkins has handed ownership to two people who've helped shape it from the inside, COO Dana Barton and Director of Accessibility Kevin Grace.

It's the same team and the same quality standards, just with a new chapter starting. We're continuing to invest in our people and grow what we can offer clients, from building enclosure to accessibility to construction monitoring.
Kevin Harkins isn't stepping away. He'll stay close and keep supporting the team that built this firm with him.
