And with that, the Honoring the Legacy Campaign has officially come to a close.

For nearly a decade, we’ve worked together to bring Pete Coors’ vision for the campus and the future of the National Western Stock Show to reality. Today, we celebrate not just what was built, but the incredible community that made it possible.

To Chairman Pete Coors - thank you for your unwavering vision and leadership.

To Campaign Director Angela Lieurance - thank you for your heart and dedication.

And to every donor, partner, volunteer, and committee member who believed in this vision. Your generosity has left a lasting legacy that will benefit generations to come.

The countdown is officially on… ⏰

After nearly a decade, the Honoring the Legacy Campaign will be coming to a close at the end of this month.

From our $50MM, to $100MM, and now $150MM goals - we have now raised over $148MM.

We are just $2MM short of our final goal, with just a month left. Help us get there! Naming rights are still available in a range of giving levels.

Last Friday, we celebrated the conclusion of the Honoring the Legacy Campaign with family, friends, and the many supporters who've made this vision a reality. Thanks to the generosity of more than 1,500 donors, we've now raised over $147 million to support the National Western Stock Show.
It was a fun-filled evening complete with country music, mini highland cattle, and a great BBQ! To top it all off, we even pulled off a very special surprise for Mr. Coors!

It's with a heavy heart that we share the passing of longtime campaign vice chair and former WSSA chairman, Ron Williams.

Ron was named the 2022 Citizen of the West and was instrumental in the development of The Legacy and the National Western Center project. Ron and Cille seeded the campaign very early on to support our vision, and we will be forever grateful for his generosity, kindness, and influence.

The donor signage deadline for naming rights and gifts to The Legacy and the Sue Anschutz-Rodgers Livestock Center is tomorrow, April 1!

This deadline ensures we will have signage complete by June, and so that we can include all donors in our end of the campaign celebration! If you've been considering making a gift or selecting a naming right, please reach out to the campaign office as soon as possible!

During Stock Show, the Wold Family Heritage Center saw an estimated 17,000 guests walk through it's doors!

The Wold Family supported this space with the intention that it would be a true exhibition about farming, ranching, and western history, while honoring the National Western and the West.

This inaugural exhibit celebrates the National Western Stock Show's 120th year, and the history and timeline that brought us to where we are today. With invaluable contributions from Pat Grant and Keith Fessenden, among many others, we have been pleased to watch guests visit and learn about the history of Stock Show and the West.
