5 feet tall, and getting it there took more than fabrication.
For the new 5200 Oneida development in Commerce City, Colorado, our team at YESCO helped navigate the city's variance process before bringing a new 35-foot pylon sign to life near I-270.
The finished project also includes a flexible multi-tenant identification sign and architectural LED border lighting across key building elevations, creating one cohesive look from the property entrance to the building itself.
One of our favorite details is that the property owner's daughter created the original concept for the address sign, and our team helped turn her idea into the finished landmark you see today.
A great example of how signage, lighting, wayfinding, and architecture can work together to give a new development its identity!
