Are you feeling unmotivated? Uninspired? Bored? Stuck? In life, relationships, your job?
I invite you to take a moment to close your eyes..
Take 5 deep breaths....
Now...Identify the first thought that comes to mind...
Sit with this thought- maybe write it down if that feels right for you....
Now ask yourself these questions around that thought:
Is this thought about something that has happened, is happening right now or may happen in the future?
Is this thought positive or negative?
Are you feeling self doubt, fear or judgement?
Now...Close your eyes again....
Take 5 deep breaths again.....
What do you hear?
What do you taste?
What do you feel at your fingertips?
What do you smell?
Keep your eyes closed! 5 more breaths....
If you've honored this time for yourself...you might notice that your posture has shifted as your mind has shifted to the present....When you are fully present in the moment, feeling your body and listening to the sounds around you...Do you experience fear or peace?
