Social media is great… until the algorithm hides my content, DMs get lost, questions get missed, and you can’t find that ONE post you actually need. 😩

That’s exactly why I created the Polished Posture School—a supportive, searchable community where you can learn, ask questions, access resources, and connect directly with me (minus the toxicity 🙌).

And yes—you can join FREE! 🎉

Rows for the win 🏆

Weight + sets:

Start light to master the movement (10-12 lbs)

Aim for 3 sets of 10 reps

Then move to heavier weight, aiming to lift heavy enough so that by rep 8 maintaining form is difficult (3 sets of 8 reps)

Click below for my guide:

Rows are so good for building strength, reducing pain, and improving our posture- I hope these help you!

Disclaimer: I am not a PT or personal trainer- please exercise at your own risk and consult a professional if you’re dealing with any injuries/imbalances.

💪 Dental work is tough on our bodies—especially our shoulders and hips!
Here are 2 essential exercises every dental clinician should be doing:

✔️ Serratus press for stronger, healthier shoulders✔️ Single leg step down for balanced glutes & hamstrings

These moves are small but powerful for posture, balance, and career longevity.

Click below for my blog that talks about more about these exercises (also weight, rep and sets)

I got these from my corrective exercise specialist, Brianne Novaes | Movement & Pain Specialist | Dental Hygiene (I am not a personal trainer or PT but have learned alot from her)! Disclaimer: Please exercise safely and try these at your own risk ⚠️
