Before becoming Alphia, many histories, teams, and locations helped pave the way. From Northwest Pet Products, Vita Line Products, Day Six, CJ Foods, American Nutrition, and LANI, each brought experience, passion, and purpose to the journey.

Today on Senior Health & Fitness Day, we’re celebrating wellness for both people and pets. 🐾

Whether it’s getting outside for a walk, staying active, enjoying fresh air, or simply spending time with the ones (and pets) we love — wellness matters at every age.

At Alphia, we know taking care of yourself at any age is important. We care deeply about the well-being of our team members and believe healthy habits, balance, and taking time to recharge all matter. Strong teams start with people who feel supported.

And just like us, our pets benefit from movement, routine, and companionship as they get older too.

This Memorial Day, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country.

We are deeply grateful for those we have lost, the families who carry their legacy forward, and those who continue to serve our nation today. We also recognize those beginning their service journey — thank you for answering the call to serve something bigger than yourself. ❤️

✨ Employee Spotlight - Alyson Carpenter, Pittsburg, TX ✨

Alyson has been with Alphia for a little over a year as a QA Tech, where her passion for Quality standards and Food Safety shines through in everything she does. She enjoys not only applying her knowledge every day, but also helping train and support others across the department.

One of the things Alyson enjoys most about working at Alphia is the opportunity to continue learning and growing across different areas of the operation. While her role is in Quality, you may also find her supporting the Lab or even working alongside the Logistics team when needed. Her willingness to step in, learn new areas, and support the team wherever possible reflects the collaborative culture we continue to build across Alphia. 🤝

Outside of work, Alyson recently moved to Pittsburg from a small town about an hour away and has enjoyed becoming part of the local community and experiencing everything the area has to offer.

In her free time, she enjoys painting, visiting art museums, exploring architectural sites, attending plant sales and farmers markets, and cooking meals from scratch. She’s also a proud pet parent to Dolly, her 3-year-old dog, and Raven and Starla, her 5-year-old cats. 🐾

Another exciting chapter for Alyson and her significant other is right around the corner as they prepare to welcome their first child — a baby girl named Ellie — this June. 🩷
