We’re excited to announce a new opportunity for local organizations through the Alphia Foundation!

The Alphia Foundation provides grants and sponsorship support to organizations making a meaningful impact in their communities. Their giving is focused on improving quality of life and building stronger, more resilient communities through meaningful, locally driven support.

🔄 Applications will be accepted quarterly.

⭐ Employee Spotlight - Dani Cluster, Woodland ⭐

Meet Dani Cluster, our AP Coordinator based in Woodland, Washington! Dani will celebrate six years with Alphia in October, and teamwork is her favorite part of working here. “The best part of working at Alphia is the teamwork,” Dani shared. “My coworkers are supportive, fun, and everyone comes together to help feed our furry friends.”

That same spirit of teamwork comes through in the way Dani supports the Accounts Payable department. Shawna Anderson describes her as “a key contributor who is always willing to step up and help wherever needed. Her positive attitude, strong work ethic and dedication make her a dependable resource for her teammates.”

Outside of work, Dani enjoys spending time at home with her daughter, Lily, and their three two-year-old cats, Boots, Oreo and Ham. She likes caring for her plants, settling in for a good Netflix binge and playing games on her phone.

Dani also loves taking short trips around Oregon and Washington, especially to the coast, and trying new restaurants with great food. Living in the Pacific Northwest gives her plenty to enjoy close to home. “I love all the trees and being close to the ocean,” she said.

Thank you, Dani, for sharing a little about yourself and for the knowledge, care and teamwork you bring to Alphia.

From production and packaging to maintenance, quality, safety and shipping, our teams bring care and pride to the work they do—and every role matters.

When families face food insecurity, their pets need support, too. 💙 🐾

Alphia was proud to join PetSmart Charities in Phoenix for Pet Hunger Awareness Day 2026, continuing a partnership we’ve valued for several years. Our team spent the day helping bring attention to pet food insecurity and the importance of keeping pets and the people who love them together.

Feeding more pets every day is at the heart of what we do. Supporting this effort is one way we can carry that purpose into our communities.

What a wonderful Saturday in the Ogden community this past weekend! 🐾💙

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who came out and made Dogden such a special day. It was wonderful seeing familiar faces from last year, reconnecting with people we’ve gotten to know, and meeting so many new friends this year!

We’re incredibly grateful for our continued partnership with the Ogden Downtown Alliance and also with Daily Rise Coffee for partnering with us on the pup cups this year— judging by the happy pups, they were definitely a hit! 🐶

As Alphia continues building our relationship with the Ogden community, days like this mean a lot to us. We’re grateful for the way Ogden continues to welcome us and give us opportunities to show up, get involved and get to know the people who make this community so special.
