Why do you need a team?

1. You don’t know it all – your have one or more super powers – but you don’t have all of what is needed to run a successful business.
2. You can’t do it all – you don’t have enough bandwidth to do it all, and if you try – not only you’ll become your own bottleneck, you’ll burn out very quickly.
3. You don’t like it all – enjoying what you do is crucial for long lasting performance. If you keep doing things you don’t like doing – at some point you’ll start neglecting it or completely stop doing it, even though your business needs it.
