My beloved Bose just purchased two up-market audio companies; looking fwd to an expanded line oriented to the luxury audiophile market. Interesting yet in some markets there has been a boom in rental units for which rents will eventually reach a pinnacle and subsequently come down. While I am a proponent for ownership, many factors to consider including employment location stability and debt to income ratios and yes a mortgage is debt.
