When the HOA has to pay for bulk item removal, we are spending dollars that should be for repairs.

If you saw who did this, report them to management. [email protected].

Did you leave your couch and trash out? Did you know that it will cost the HOA close to $500 to have someone come and remove this? Did you know that is the same amount we paid to fix roof flashing on 5 units?

If you saw who left this, please report it. You'll be sent a $100.00 gift card if we can bill it back. Not to mention, you'll be helping make sure YOUR dollars go to much needed repairs and not cleaning up after those who won't.

Repairs/sealing will be taking place simultaneously during the set replacements. Management will communicate with owners, please inform your renters if applicable.

Lastly please remember that while we are paying this company, they're doing us a HUGE favor by allowing us to make payments and apply repair costs to future replacements. Not many companies would do that, but this reputable business owner has a big heart and sympathizes with Shiloh's desire to improve.

With that said, please refrain from cursing at the workers. Please allow them to eat their lunch under the common area tree without harrassment. It's disappointing that this has to spelled out, even after an initial letter was sent out to ask for compliance on this. These much needed repairs only benefit you and your property value. These guys are working out in the hot sun, grant them a little grace and address concerns with management, post them on here... but do not take out your aggressions on people simply doing their jobs.

Be sure to inform your renters that they also have no right to treat contractors of Shiloh this way; there seems to be confusion between owner/tenant rights and landlords/management companies are responsible to ensure their renters aren't inhibiting community projects.

There are some inconveniences that come with this project, but considering the condition of our community just a year ago; it's amazing we are able to do such a large scale project.

thanks in advance for your help in this matter! I really have hope that we can get through this and move towards full replacement.

Dear Shiloh Community,

Roofing work will be starting ASAP!

We are pleased to inform you that we will be working with Classic Roofing to complete many much-needed repairs to our community's roofs. An assessment was carried out a couple of months ago to determine the status of each roof and the severity of repairs. Classic Roofing will be on-site for the next several weeks to begin work. The goal behind this project is to PREVENT FURTHER DAMAGE/WATER INTRUSION. Any owners with roofs that are scoped for repair, will be contacted to coordinate dates. The long-term goal is to replace all Shiloh's roofs, however, this is going to take time, so it is imperative that we prevent further damage from occurring.

Our community is incredibly fortunate to have found reputable company that is willing to work with us to make payments and provide concessions on repairs that will later be replaced. Work will be starting immediately, weather permitting. Please expect to see workers out early at times to avoid the heat. We realize that you might have some questions, please contact management for those questions and not the roofers. The roofers are hired by the HOA and have been provided specific direction. They will not be able to answer your questions, so please let them complete the roofing job and leave any inquiries to our manager Garris Mills, [email protected].

Thank you in advance for respecting the workers and for your cooperation. This is an exciting time for our community!

Sincerely,

Shiloh Board of Directors
