Intrepid is back at it, creating positive change and strengthening the communities we call home!

Our team in Moab and many other vendors came together to raise funds for Grand County Search and Rescue at an annual golf tournament.

These dedicated volunteers respond whenever and wherever they're needed, helping save lives across the rugged landscapes of southeastern Utah. Their commitment to our community is truly remarkable.

Thank you to everyone who contributed and supported this effort. It's inspiring to see our team rally behind an organization that does so much for Moab and the surrounding area.

🏌️‍♂️⛳ Driving Change Beyond the Fairway

Our Intrepid Wendover team was proud to host our Second Annual Golf Tournament Fundraiser, bringing together employees, community members, and supporters for a day of friendly competition, connection, and giving back.

This year's event was especially meaningful as 100% of the proceeds were donated to the Wendover Prevention Group, a community coalition dedicated to strengthening families and creating a safe, supportive environment where youth can grow, thrive, and succeed.

The tournament was more than just a great day on the golf course. It was an opportunity to invest in programs and resources that make a lasting difference for local families and young people throughout the Wendover community.

This week our 2026 Intrepid interns wrapped up their summer experience by presenting their capstone projects.

We're incredibly proud of these fabulous five, who took on real business challenges, developed practical solutions, and showcased the impact of their work through thoughtful, intelligent and professional presentations. They gained hands-on experience, collaborated with teams across the company, and contributed meaningful ideas that will help drive our business forward.

💥 It’s go time. 💥

The Intrepid Potash Blue Mine Rescue Team is gearing up for another competition season, finishing at Nationals August 24–28—and they’re coming in ready.

After taking 3rd in the nation in field competition the last two competitions, they’ve been putting in the work, extra training, and a commitment that goes beyond the clock.

For the team, it’s never been about the spotlight. It’s about being ready when it matters most.

They train for their brothers and sisters in the mining industry—to make sure that if disaster strikes, they’re prepared to respond with skill, precision, and care. We’re proud of them representing Intrepid at a high level—and even prouder of them standing ready when it counts.

We are pleased to announce the sale of Intrepid South Ranch for total consideration of $70mm. Key assets sold include our approximately 22k acres of fee land, 28k acres of grazing leases, associated water rights, and various other agreements.

Key transaction highlights for Intrepid include:

- Accelerating decades of South Ranch cash flow into a single transaction
- Monetizing noncore assets at an attractive point during a period of Delaware basin consolidations
- Optimizing our asset portfolio to continue to focus on our core fertilizer operations
Strengthening financial flexibility as we execute on our capital allocation strategy
