Subject: RFQ for 93 New Business-Class Laptops
24 Karat Futures is inviting qualified and certified suppliers [preferably SBA-certified Minority & Women-Owned Small Business (MBE/WBE), but not necessary] to submit comprehensive quotations for the supply and delivery of ninety-three (93) new (not refurbished or remanufactured) business-class laptops from the following brands: HP, Lenovo, Microsoft, Dell, Asus, or Acer.
The laptops will be used primarily for internal operations, and it is crucial that they meet specific performance and reliability standards.
Minimum Specifications:
Processor: Intel Core i7 or i9
Operating System: Windows 10 Pro or Windows 11 Pro
RAM: Minimum 16 GB
Storage: Minimum 512 GB SSD
Screen Size: 14", 15.6", or 16"
Condition: Brand-new, factory-sealed (no refurbished, open box, or remanufactured units)
Packaging & Shipping Requirements:
Laptops must be securely and efficiently packaged to reduce or eliminate additional boxing, carting, storage, or handling costs while protecting each item from damage.
All packages, invoices, shipping orders, and bills of lading must clearly display:
The applicable purchase order number
Any relevant reference symbols or instructions for delivery
All pricing must be inclusive of applicable taxes and fees, and shipping, and handling costs to the final destination ZIP code: 85012 (Phoenix, AZ).
Delivery timeline: within 1–2 weeks of confirmed order.
Delivery must comply with the applicable specifications and requirements of common carriers.
Quote Requirements:
1) Clearly indicate your company name, contact information, and certifications (if applicable)
2) Total and unit pricing, clearly itemized
3) Any installation or configuration fees, if applicable
4) Shipping terms and carrier details
5) Replacement and refund policy for defective or damaged units
6) Payment terms: Net 60
