Day 2 at CASE 2022 is flying by! If you haven’t stopped by to see us yet (Booth #71), please do! We still have plenty of goodies to give away and welcome every opportunity to connect with school district folks.

A big thanks to all our panel participants this morning – Levi Kramer (Superintendent, Wray School District RD-2), Johan van Nieuwenhuizen (Superintendent, Weld County School District RE-1) and Richard Hargrove (Former Superintendent, Springfield School District RE-4). And a special thanks to those who attended our 10:30am Session and supported the dialogue, provided feedback and the individual experiences. We had a great and candid discussion about Owner’s Representatives and even got to see some familiar faces. Win, win!

DCS is at CASE 2022!! We are really looking forward to seeing everyone this week at the 2022 CASE Convention in Breckenridge, CO.

Team "THE Owner's Rep" kicked the week off right at the Redefining Rural Golf Tournament today.

Come check us out tomorrow in the Exhibitor Hall - Booth #71. We'll have all sorts of goodies to give away and always enjoy connecting with CO school districts. It's sure to be an informative and entertaining few days in Summit County!

DCS is proud to be a silver sponsor at this year's Prospect Ridge Academy Gala. The fundraising from the gala, taking place tomorrow evening, allows PRA to provide students with a rigorous college preparatory curriculum with a strong math and science focus. DCS has been fortune enough to work as PRA's Owner's Representative on a few projects including building additions & playground renovations in Spring 2022. We are proud to be your project advocate and look forward to the celebration tomorrow night.

The final pieces of the Centauri High School puzzle are coming together. This BEST Grant/Bond project consisted of the construction of a new 73,000+ square foot high school facility and associated site work. This project will be a CHPS verified leader green building and is anticipated for completion in March 2022 with a site completion in October 2022.

Recently, our team & partners at Bradbury Stamm Construction and Dekker/Perich/Sabatini completed some light installation, gym flooring underlayment and began working on plumping fixtures. We are excited for this project to come together over the next few weeks. Stay tuned for additional project updates.

It has been a wonderful first day at the Colorado League of Charter Schools annual conference. Our all-star team (Eileen Tracy, Andy Fiamengo and Steve Horn) did an incredible job facilitating the booth, and we even took time to celebrate our very own Steve's birthday.

Additional thanks to Angela Reali-Crossland from Pagosa Peak Charter School for stopping by. We look forward to kicking off construction this spring.
