It’s just me and my comic books. I am an Organizational and Leadership Development ju**ie who guides senior leaders and teams in improving their effectiveness, enhancing fulfillment, and creating sustainable change and results. My career spans almost two decades and includes experience at Fortune 100 multinationals in a wide range of national and international organizational settings. In 2009, I t
ook the leap into the nonprofit sector as the Chief Operating Officer at Mercy Housing. Among my recent achievements at Mercy is the creation of “Leadership Foundations” – a comprehensive talent management program for Mercy Housing’s leaders. My unique combination of corporate and nonprofit business experience informs my adaptable approach to leadership. I have had the opportunity to counsel in boardrooms and present to packed auditoriums, but I also enjoy the challenge of working in a resource-constrained environment. All it truly takes to evoke effective change is empathy, innovation, and drive. I have a Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and German from Dickinson College. Along with my educational training, I bring a range of life experiences to my work. I have been lucky enough to live and worked in many countries, I am an avid alpine skier (and après-skier) and proud comic book nerd. I live in Denver, Colorado with my family.
