Responsibilities
• Create and execute a focused strategy to grow followers and engagement
• Develop culturally aligned, visually compelling content (reels, posts, short-form video)
• Maintain brand voice, aesthetic, and legacy integrity
• Track analytics and report measurable growth
• Stay current on platform trends without compromising brand standards

Required Qualifications
• Proven experience growing social media accounts (must show results)
• Strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook algorithms
• Excellent storytelling, visual judgment, and copywriting skills
• High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
• Experience working with legacy brands, artists, or cultural institutions preferred

Trial Assignment (Required)
Shortlisted candidates will complete a paid or unpaid trial assignment, which may include:
• A 7-day content plan
• 2–3 sample posts or reels aligned with the brand’s tone and legacy
• A brief growth approach outlining audience strategy
Final selection will be based on strategy, ex*****on, and respect for the brand.
Proof of Results Required

• Social media accounts managed
• Growth metrics (before/after)
• Examples of high-performing content
