Happy Monday! Many of us dread Mondays and see them as just something to get past...

Studies show that when you truly realize life is short, you live life to the fullest! With less fear of the "shoulds and have tos." You have more happiness and sweat less of the small stuff. SO- here is an exercise from the Happiness Lab podcast to help you figure out how many Mondays you have left... avg life expectancy (female 81, male 79) minus your current age. Then times that number by 52. That's how many Mondays you have left.

So, are Mondays something to dread or something to make the most of?
What small stuff can you let go of today? life IS short, whether you realize it or not, do what you LOVE and stop doing things & being near people out of obligation. ❤
