One of the best parts of our work is supporting so many diverse missions and seeing the incredible impact they make in the communities they serve.

Today, we’re highlighting the work of our past Lab Partner, Love For Lily, which provides life-changing, high-quality support for families and the medical teams who care for them in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

Their work includes bereavement programs and resources to support NICU families through loss and grief.

This past weekend, Christine joined the Dup15q Alliance Believe Walk and 5K in Colorado, an event supporting families affected by chromosome 15q11.2-13.1 duplication syndrome and advancing awareness, research, and targeted treatments.

Hundreds of people came together to walk, run, and show up for this mission. Together, participants raised more than $40,000 to support the Dup15q Alliance’s work.

Every Friday, our team shares a “win of the week” in Slack. It might be a personal milestone or a work-related breakthrough. We recently turned our 2026 wins into a word bubble, and it feels like such a great snapshot of Strat Labs.

Did you know that 70% of youth experiencing homelessness report challenges with their mental health?

Homelessness is about more than a lack of housing. It can impact mental health, education, employment, and their ability to build a stable future.

Our past Lab Partner, Covenant House Illinois of Illinois, supports local youth experiencing homelessness with more than just shelter. Their team helps young people access education and employment opportunities, mental health support, and permanent housing.

This , we’re celebrating the work they do to help young people find safety, stability, and a path forward.

This year’s Dirt Coffee Bar Take Root annual fundraiser at Hudson Gardens & Event Center was a beautiful reminder of what’s possible when people come together for inclusive employment. Our own Lexie and Julie were excited to attend and show their support, especially with Lexie proudly serving as a board member.
