Woah... We taped this awhile ago and now it's almost time to share it!
This event puts the FUN back in Raising FUNds for non-profits. 😉
If you like dogs and music this event will increase your happiness by at least 62%. If you don't like dogs and music, then come for the warm, nostalgic feeling of telethon based programming.
Featuring incredible music, hilarious telethon footage, cute dogs, happy dogs, small dogs, and floofy dogs, all while chillin' at home with YOUR dogs.
Bands will be hanging out in the chat room to talk to fans and registration is donation based!
$1 will make a dog holla, but $50 could help a dog get much-needed medical attention and a second chance at life.
Who knows - maybe you'll get a special song written about you by one of the bands for your generosity and spirit.
Maybe you'll leave with a filled out application to have a slumber party with a foster dog?
This event truly is a magical portal to puppies and music, as I mentioned earlier.
In all seriousness, this rescue is very dear to me. They are not a shelter. They work incredibly hard to keep animals out of shelters and with foster parents in homes, so they can increase their chances of finding a happy ending.
Shelters are overwhelming for most dogs which makes them difficult to adopt out under stressful situations. UTH has a network of fosters who work to train and love these animals in a home setting that allows for fast growth and turnaround. Foster volunteers and monetary donations are extremely important for them to continue this work. I have fostered with UTH and I highly recommend the experience. You really do save a life.
