Outside Pizza began as a dream- A dream to bring pizza and nature together in one beautiful place.

It’s all about the dough, baby!

Every batch of our sourdough is made in house with local organic flour from Dry Storage Mill and fermented for a minimum of 48 hours. Nothing but flour, water, salt, and our starter named Doughseph.

We’ve been working on this dough since 2018 and we’re so proud of what it’s become, and the delicious pizzas it makes. 🌾🍕❤️

We catered our last trailer event of the year last night! Big thank you to all of the lovely folks that hired us to cook for them this this year. We hauled our Shasta all over Colorado, and couldn’t be more thankful for the opportunity. 🫶🍕Already getting excited for next event season, where we’ll have a little pizza babe on board! ❤️

We’re brining our Lottie’s Meats & Provisions beet bratwurst pie back this SATURDAY! We’ve been doing this pie for a few years now and it’s always a crowd favorite. 🤤

This delicious pie is topped with Corto Olive Oil, mozzarella, provolone, Lottie’s bratwurst slices that have been braised with Cerebral Brewing - West Highland Oktoberfest B**r, garlic, and tangy sauerkraut. Finished with stone-ground mustard and chives 🍺🌭

🍕 HELLO PIZZA PALS — WE’RE HIRING! 🍕

We’re looking for one more pizza cook to round out our crew!

Pizza experience is required, and experience working with Neapolitan-style pies is a big plus. We’re looking for someone who’s a true team player and happy to jump in wherever needed — stretching dough, topping pies, running ovens, making salads, doing dishes, cleaning, prep… all of it. No task is too big or too small around here. ❤️

💰 Pay: Starting at $20/hr, depending on experience + shared tip pool. With tips, hourly earnings can reach $40+

This little dessert pocket is on the menu just for today! We took our sourdough crust and stuffed it with fresh strawberries, almonds, Nutella, and strawberry preserves! Finished with some classic whip, powdered sugar, and shaved almonds. 🍫🍓❤️Thanks for the idea, Chef Shayla!

We made it to ONE YEAR in our new home! Holy smokes. 😅

When people said opening a shop would be hard, we truly had no idea. 😂 From spilled pickles and over-proofed dough, to dropped pies, building our team, flooding, and even losing a Topo (ice can still get bent), it’s been a whirlwind.

Thank you all for sticking it out with us and cheering us on along the way. We’re incredibly proud of our team, our commitment to quality, the pies we put out, and the core values we’ve stayed true to. ❤️✊

Wouldn’t choose anything else. We love our little home in the Highlands. 🍕❤️
