PUBLIC NOTICE — VERIFY CALLS CLAIMING TO BE FROM DAVIS & ASSOCIATES

Davis & Associates Professional Background Services has received reports of individuals calling members of the public, identifying themselves as investigators from “Davis & Associates,” and requesting information about people they claim they are attempting to serve with legal papers.

Our company does not provide service of process, and we do not use 1-800 telephone numbers. These reported calls do not represent our company.

Our investigators identify themselves by name and explain the reason for their call. We expect every member of our staff to treat people with courtesy, professionalism, and respect. The rude and disrespectful conduct described to us would never be tolerated by our company.

If you receive a questionable call from someone claiming to represent Davis & Associates, please contact our main office directly at 303-861-1707 to verify the caller’s identity before providing any personal information.
