This weekend at the Inc. Founder House during South by Southwest we listened to an incredible panel with Bree McKeen that honestly stopped us in our tracks.

She shared something so simple but so powerful:
As women, we live in many different bodies throughout our lives.

Our bodies change.
Our needs change.
Our confidence changes.

And yet for decades we’ve been told to fit ourselves into products that were never built with that reality in mind.

Our COO Fabi felt this deeply. Before building systems and businesses, she spent 3 years working in the bra industry. And the one thing she saw over and over again was how confused women were about their own bodies.

But the moment a woman finally felt at home in her body?
Her confidence skyrocketed.

And that’s the future of entrepreneurship.

Women building products, businesses, and solutions that adapt to our lives instead of forcing us to shrink to fit them.

I’m Fabiola! But literally everyone calls me Fabi 💕

I grew up in New Jersey as a first gen American with Costa Rican parents. I now live in Costa Rica with my partner and my son, and we absolutely love it! I speak Spanish and English fluently.

I love working out (I used to be a personal trainer), traveling, I’m a HUGE homebody hahaha so we do lots of at home games, painting and we love movies!

I’m a Virgo Sun, Leo Moon, Gemini Rising, I also have a Virgo stellium so I have a lot of Virgo energy! I’m a mani generator (I forget the other part)

What I do:
I am a systems specialist and I enjoy making business backend ecosystems and combining strategy to help entrepreneurs feel more confident in their business operations!

I also love things like Ads, app creation and website development!

My overall business mission is to support more women and minorities in their journey towards discovering entrepreneurship or thriving in it!

An introduction from our founder & CEO!

When I started Global Path Coaching as a solo small business consulting venture 6 years ago, I had no idea how far and deep this brain child would reach.

Currently based jn NYC, I am now immersed daily in the fashion, music, and creative scenes. I have spent the last decade traveling around the world and building businesses along the way.

During my journey building and and consulting a wide range of businesses, I have not only realized a focus for passionate ideas, but for mission led founders themselves. Today I run Global Path Coaching where we help entrepreneurs build profitable, sustainable companies they believe will shift the world in a positive way.

In addition to Global Path Coaching, I am also part owner of a fashion apparel brand and collaborate with founders across industries on strategy, marketing, and growth. I was also the Sponsorship & Expansion Director for a Denver-based fashion show for three years, helping grow partnerships and bring the event to life.

Outside of work you will usually find me dancing at a music festival, traveling somewhere new, rock climbing, snowboarding, skiing, hiking, practicing yoga, or in the gym. I love adventure and being outside whenever possible.

What I do:
I specialize in business strategy, marketing, sales, and helping entrepreneurs turn their ideas into clear, profitable business models. I love helping people simplify their vision, build the right systems, and create businesses that genuinely support the life they want.

So what’s important to me as a founder?

Lately we have been seeing so many small business owners questioning how to keep showing up. Not because they do not care. But because they care so deeply that promoting their work feels complicated right now.

There is a heaviness in the air. It shows up in our bodies, our conversations, our timelines. It makes posting feel strange. It makes selling feel loaded. And it brings up quiet questions about integrity, responsibility, and how to exist inside systems we did not create but still have to survive in.

If you are feeling that tension, you are not alone.

For many of us, our businesses are not hobbies. They are how we pay rent. How we feed our families. How we protect our time and autonomy. Choosing to keep going does not mean you are ignoring what is happening. It means you are navigating something complex with care.

One thing that has felt especially important to us is being clear about our values as a business. Naming what we stand for. Letting people know this is a safe and intentional space. Not to center ourselves, but so others navigating similar feelings know where we stand and that they are not alone here.

It is okay to slow your messaging. It is okay to be more intentional. It is okay to speak from mission instead of urgency. It is okay to create boundaries with social media and still schedule the things that matter. It is okay to let your values show up in your website, your stories, your links, and even in where you choose to direct attention and resources.

You are allowed to build a business that feels human. One that makes space for real life. One that acknowledges the world we are living in without pretending everything is fine.

At Global Path Coaching, we believe in supporting whole human businesses, especially during difficult times. This space exists for thoughtful conversations like this and for reminding each other that there is no perfect way to show up. Only intentional ones.
