Titan started in 2010 with the two founders in a small office doing every job function within the company. Decade One, from 2010 to 2020, took us from those humble beginnings to a company of 45+ extraordinary team members to date with new offices opening up in Cleveland and possibly a third by the end of 2022. Decade Two (2020-2030) will stretch our geographic reach across North/South America as well as to Europe with branches in multiple cities by the end of 2030. In this decade, we will also bolster our product development department to increase our product offering to our customers.

Our product verticals include instrumentation, hydraulics, as well as PVF product lines. While a background knowledge of these industries is preferred, it is not absolutely required. Responsibilities
Oversees the sales staff by creating job expectations and setting quarterly sales goals.
Monitor the sales teams by using different analytics to ensure they are hitting targeted numbers.
Manage, coach, discipline, and create improvement plans for employees under performing.
Conduct employee reviews either 90 day or annual and work with employees to create goals for the next year.
Recognize achievements and milestones that the sales team make and create a culture of positive thinking while building morale.
Mentor the sales staff, help develop their overall sales skills. Be a reference for staff to come to with product or discounting questions.
Participate and oversee any customer complaint and corrective actions.
Working with the Sales team to address key business issues and opportunities.
Determines annual unit and gross profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; and analyzing trends and results.
Responsible for account relations, including preparing and delivering relevant reports, and sales forecasts, and participating in developing and implementing Sales and Marketing strategy.
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
Develop and coach team personnel to ensure e-commerce accounts receive enough marketing and planning support.
Provide support for the sales team as they generate leads and close new deals.
Identifies business opportunities by analyzing prospects and their position in the industry; this includes researching and identifying sales options.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, researching, and recommending new opportunities, recommending products and services improvements.
Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Explore new sales opportunities through networking, and then turning them over to long-term clients.
Qualify leads via outbound phone calls and emails.
Qualify inbound leads to determine opportunity size.
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals while increasing customer satisfaction.
Ensure accurate quotes are being provided to customers.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
10 plus years of sales experience.
8 years of Industrial sales experience
Mechanical and mathematical aptitude; most be comfortable with technical conversations regarding various industrial applications.
Previous experience in the fields of hydraulics, tube fittings, or other industrial fitting application is highly encouraged.
Ability and desire to learn new systems and processes quickly.
Most have excellent client follow up, and strategic/ creative marketing.
Strong computer skills, CRM software (Salesforce) Preferred.
Knowledge of industrial distribution products
Valid driver’s license, with a clean MVR
