IF THEY HAD THE TIME. The concept of a search firm having a proprietary database is long gone. The ivory tower of research based retained search has been blown to bits. We've decided to stray from the typical fee model. We work on an hourly basis similar to the lawyers, accountants, and other consulting resources all businesses use. We provide extensive reporting on the companies we are targeting, who we are calling, who we talked to and what they are saying about the searches and roles we present them. Full transparency is key to our philosophy and to our success.

Are you feeling under-employed? Tired of the hospitality industry? Not using your brain? What was your degree in again? Did you watch the movie Office Space and said, "I'm never going to let that happen to me" and here you are... in Summit County.
I run an executive search firm i.e. recruiting firm. We are looking for a new person to do online research identifying people for very particular jobs. There's also some data entry and just general joby job stuff too. Long term this is a great way to get into recruiting or human resources.
This work can be done remote. We have no office.
If its a powder day, go ski in the morning and make up the hours in the evening. (sort of make your own schedule)
Pay is hourly and starts at $20/hr. Can go up the more productive you are.
Want to go home for the holidays and work from your childhood bedroom for two weeks? Great, do that.
This would be 1099 contract work.
20-40 hours a week, you figure out the actual time of day and days of week
Requirements:
MUST CURRENTLY LIVE IN SUMMIT COUNTY ( there arent enough jobs here that pay enough for people to pay the sky high rents, so I am doing my part) Dont reach out if you live in Boulder but want to live in Summit. Not gonna happen.
Must have a degree... in something.

Its 2011 and probably time to use social networking to enhance the recruiting practice. So about 50 of you have received facebook like invites. Lets see how effective this is going to be in the long run. I think I've tapped out the potential of linkedin so here it goes. I hope will enjoy this next adventure.
