As temperatures rise, staying hydrated is one of the most important ways to protect your health. Drinking enough water helps regulate body temperature, maintain energy levels, and keep your body performing at its best, especially during hot summer days or when spending time outdoors.

To ensure materials are processed properly, please remove any non‑recyclable components, such as plastic trays, wrappers, ribbons, or metallic coatings before placing the box into your recycling cart. Clean, dry cardboard helps maintain the quality of the recycling stream and supports the creation of new, reusable materials.
