What: 2 hour pool workout working on taxing our mammalian dive reflex and biohacking that system

Where: West Columbine outdoor pool in Littleton

When: One Saturday in August 2021 from 0600 to 0800

Why: To celebrate the end of summer and introduce you something new and fun (sort of)

This will solely be dependent on number of participants. $25 per person with a minimum of 20 people required to cover cost of pool rental etc.

Upfront payment via Zelle required.
