One of the 💪 strengths of the PMI Mile Hi community is the range of industries our members support.

Energy ⚡️ is just one example. Our members contribute to renewable energy projects such as solar and wind, oil and gas operations, and utilities working on grid modernization. Their work helps keep essential systems running and supports how communities and industries operate every day.

While the sectors may differ, the skills and impact of project professionals remain consistent. It’s that shared foundation that brings our community together and keeps it ⬆️ growing.

Ambition 💫 requires support to be sustainable.

Women Connect is hosting "Fueling Your Ambition: Resources, Barriers & Real Conversation" with Valerie Carmel Dorsainvil, LCSW.

This session focuses on how ambitious professionals can recognize the barriers that create strain and build the support systems needed to move forward with intention. The conversation 💬 will explore how to identify what’s missing, strengthen boundaries, and approach goals with greater steadiness.

Expect a practical framework followed by open discussion and Q&A.

We’re meeting at Wild Provisions by 4 Noses Brewing Company for an 🌟 evening of conversation and local connection. Expect a wide variety of beverages, including non-alcoholic options, along with a Detroit-style pizza food truck on site.

If the weather is nice, we’ll gather on the patio and bring a layer to sit on. Otherwise, find us in the northeast section just past the bar.

This Earth Day 🌍 (April 22), we recognize how project management drives real environmental impact.

At the 2025 Project Management Institute Awards, the Danau Tok Uban Floating Solar Power Plant in Malaysia, developed by Cypark Resources Berhad, was recognized for turning vision into action through clean energy innovation.

Projects like this show how the work of project professionals contributes to a more 🌱 sustainable future, one initiative at a time.
