A good day for a shooting lesson 😉
Soon we will have a video up showing a 3 gun idpa/idpc shooting drill. In the mean time, find a place that allows you to do one. Great weapons training and works on everything from transitions, shooting under stress of time and if done right- heavy breathing simulating a stress shoot. And if you can find a place with barriers, you can shoot from different types of cover, windows, and corners too.

Hey guys, lets help these people find their stolen car. Plate and all info is in the picture. And be safe if you spot this vehicle. Dont approach the thieves. Call the police and tell them where the vehicle is at. Its not worth being a hero and getting killed over. This happened very close to my neighborhood, it happened in south east Aurora, near Parker.

Really effective. If you are hindered from a groin strike, eyes, throat, hair, and nose are all very effective striking areas as well. They all have a lot of nerve endings to inflict a lot of pain to help you get out of the danger zone.

Even if we are in our homes or our yards we need to stay vigilant. As funny as this video may be (other than the poor driver, hopefully hes ok) we dont only need to be vigilant of bad people intending to do harm, but freak accidents like this. If you live on a street, pay attention to the traffic in case a driver looses control of their vehicle. everyone, and God bless.
