Meet Rob LeBoeuf!

Rob founded Gravel Executive Resources Consulting in 2013 as a natural extension of his expertise and passion for developing results driven leaders. Rob has over 30 years of experience in roles ranging from single unit operations to Senior Executive and Board appointments.

Throughout his career, Rob has demonstrated a talent for problem solving and process improvement and has consistently been tasked with leading and improving multiple disciplines in the companies he has served. He has successfully applied his skills in organizations inside and outside of the hospitality industry in order to help others become more successful in driving company performance and leading teams. Rob’s experience extends to both the public and private sector, and includes: Operations, Finance, Legal, Information Technology, Human Resources, Compensation Planning, Training, Compliance, Internal Communications, Crisis Management, Performance Measures, Organizational Development and Strategic Planning. In addition to serving on private company Boards, Rob’s public company service includes over 10 years of direct responsibility for the Nominating and Governance and Compensation committees of the Board of Directors along with ownership of Board Effectiveness Evaluations and Succession Planning.

Most recently, Rob held the roles of Chief Operating Officer and Chief of Staff for Punch Bowl Social; a “Best-in-Class” experiential restaurant concept founded in 2012. During his tenure with Punch Bowl Social, Rob served the Company in the capacities of Chief People Officer, Operations Strategy Officer, and President of Organizational Development prior to his appointment to Chief Operating Officer and Chief of Staff. Rob served as the Chief People/Compliance Officer and Chief of Staff for Ruby Tuesday, an international restaurant chain with over 700 locations and 40,000 Team members.

Meet Scott Pagodin!

Scott is a talented Team developer, Leader and highly skilled analytics expert with more than 20 years of experience leading teams, creating performance measurement systems, integrating systems and implementing problem solving solutions for both public and private organizations ranging from 5 to 900 units.

Scott works with executive teams, boards, and management of companies, developing business plans, driving financial and operational turnarounds, and implementing large- scale performance improvement programs. He has partnered with Gravel since its formation and most recently created and lead the performance management function for Punch Bowl Social, where he led Business Analytics and Operations Technology initiatives within the emerging field of experiential dining as part of an organization recognized in the Top 50 of the most innovative companies in the world.

Before joining Punch Bowl Social, Scott served BPV Capital Management as the Director of Business Analytics & Marketing Operations, and Lirio as Director of Software Development. Earlier in his career, Scott led Enterprise Analysis and Business Intelligence for Ruby Tuesday when it was a publicly traded company with 700 units.

Scott’s ability to deliver coordinated analysis that quickly identifies trends, problems and patterns while finding actionable solutions for performance issues, along with his leadership skills, creates a powerful advantage for companies looking to understand opportunities and forge strategic plans for improving performance and driving results.
