This year, Comfort High School in Texas gave students something most schools don't: a dedicated phlebotomy lab on campus and a real shot at healthcare careers before graduation. Their students achieved a 100% pass rate on the National Phlebotomy Certification exam. The right space makes that possible. We helped design it. The students did the rest.

They needed a reception area that was height-adjustable, ADA accessible, and welcoming to guests of all body types and abilities. We replaced a rigid built-in desk with a flexible two-person setup, added thoughtful guest seating, a privacy screen, and built out a full two-person office from what used to be a storage room.

Now that the weather is warming up, outdoor spaces are back on everyone’s mind.

Last summer, we helped transform an underused outdoor area in downtown Denver into a place tenants would actually want to spend time. The new layout blends relaxed lounge seating with communal picnic tables, creating a space for quick breaks, casual meetings, or lunch in the sun.

On a sunny Saturday, our team removed thousands of pounds of old metal benching and replaced it with beautifully designed furniture from Landscape Forms and Loll Designs — all carried by hand up and down two flights of stairs.

A lot of teamwork went into bringing the space to life, and today it serves as a true outdoor amenity for the building’s tenants.
