Take customer calls for appliance repair services and schedules appointments. Plan and dispatch daily service work to service technicians to ensure timely and efficient service. Investigate customer complaints and resolve customer product or service issues. Processes customer requests and proactively contacts customers regarding service offers. Calls customers to reschedule missed or late appointments. Complete billable work orders based on work performed and parts used.

Job description includes but is not limited to;
Pick up truck loads of used appliances from retail location bull pens several times per week
Deliver and hook up appliances at customer locations.
Remove old appliances from customer locations, load onto box truck and transport back to our warehouse location
Capable of delivering all types of appliances to residential homes (refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, etc.)
Haul loads of scrap appliances to one of several scrap yards in Denver
Complete automated jobs on telephone to include piece counts, time, pictures, etc.
Expect to make at least 8 stops in a day
