For 36 years, Pam O’Connell has helped build more than a showroom—she has built a culture rooted in genuine care, exceptional service and the belief that we should never settle for “just okay.”

As manager of our Colorado Springs and Pueblo showrooms, Pam describes her role in one sentence: “Fire chief.” 😂

She is a problem solver, a big dreamer and a fiercely devoted leader who wants our customers to feel cared for and our team to feel empowered to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Outside the showroom, she loves time with her family, flowers, patios and Colorado sunsets. And fun fact: Pam has driven NASCAR racecars several times 😉

Rampart Supply recently joined Pikes Peak Habitat for Humanity to celebrate the dedication of Courtney’s new home—and the completion of the final home at The Ridge at Sand Creek.

With 30 homes now complete, this Colorado Springs neighborhood represents years of hard work, generosity and community partnership. We’re incredibly proud of Rampart Supply’s role in helping bring these homes to life.

Welcome home, Courtney and family—and congratulations to every volunteer, donor and community partner who helped build The Ridge at Sand Creek!

Katy has been with Rampart Supply for over 11 years and has spent the last two building The Showroom’s social media presence. She’s been described as an eternal optimist and a free spirit with a thoughtful determination that has earned her the nickname “Starshine.” ✨

When she isn’t working on a social media post, she loves getting outside, exploring the mountains and spending time with her family.

Her favorite part of her role is getting to tell the stories of a company—and the people behind it—that she genuinely believes in. 💙
