You can introduce a new policy. You can restructure a team. You can roll out new training.

None of those things automatically change culture.

Culture change asks us to pay attention to the beliefs, behaviors, and everyday experiences that shape how work actually gets done.

That includes psychological safety. Do people feel safe asking questions? Sharing a different perspective? Admitting a mistake?

A great day of learning and conversation at !

ACJI’s Dr. Alexandra Walker and Brie Murphy from the Oregon Department of Public Safety Standards and Training led From Blind Spots to Breakthroughs: Coaching and Skill Development at Every Level.
