Earlier this week, CHFA joined MGL Partners and other development partners for the Iliff Terrace ribbon cutting celebration in Denver. The development includes 50 new affordable apartments for adults aged 62 and over. CHFA supported Iliff Terrace with an award of state and federal Housing Tax Credits.
