SPAC's are becoming a very useful tool for cannabis companies to access the equity markets. CCA has worked with several SPACs including the original Cannabis Stratgies Acquistion Corporation (now AYR) to identify and value M & A opportunities around the country.

Barron’s screened for SPACs that are less than six months from their deadlines (thus might be about to announce deals), and compared their market prices to their current estimated trust value per share.
