Yes and the Halloween parades around the school lol. I was 7 then!! Those were the times. I’ll take going back to the 80s and 90s over now.

It was Halloween afternoon, 1989.

For once, nobody cared about math or spelling. We wore our costumes to school, ate homemade treats, drank red punch from paper cups, and showed off our costumes to anyone who would look.

The classroom smelled like candy and construction paper, and the clock seemed to move slower than ever.

Because when that final bell rang, the best part was still ahead.

We were going home to grab our plastic pumpkin buckets.

Tonight, we were going trick-or-treating.

My favorite place. New Orleans. The city is overwhelming with activity and energy. Must see Saint Louis Cemetery number 1 where Marie Laveau is said to be. I like to stay at the Andrew Jackson hotel on Royal St. It’s a known hot spot for paranormal activity and local groups hold investigations right there!!

One of the most haunted locations I have been to is Tombstone Arizona. I was only in the Birdcage Theater for a couple hours investigation so time was limited. But I felt spirits all around. I saw shadow figures and light mist like figures. The lady running the investigation handed me her spirit box and headphones and told me they wanted to talk to me! lol 😂 Happy I got picked out of the 10 others.

Must visit if you love history and the paranormal!!
