Customer stated his Beretta A400 was not extracting and ejecting shells properly. When I say it’s important to disassemble and clean your tools, I mean it! So much carbon was built up in the assembly and on the piston it was hardly able to move to perform its job. Folks if you don’t want to clean them, I will! Keep your tools in top shape when and where you can! Simple maintenance goes a long way!

Another rusty one for the day, old police 870. Removed a lot of rust and skeleton cleaned the gremlins out of it. Polished the stocks and installed the original shell holder. She’s ready to go!

This Wi******er model 12 MADE in 1912 original 16 gauge ser # 4900, was caught in its safe by a tornado and flung across a field. The magazine tube was bent at 103 degrees and had a big dent there. The pump had 2 cracks and a complete separation as well as the butt stock. Stripped, drilled, repaired, stained, with a glossy finish retaining its original wear the stocks got complete. I went to the lathe and made a swage tool to straighten out and repair the dent in the magazine tube and by God, it worked. There are no photos of the complete separation of the wood or the bend or dent of the magazine tube because I DOUBTED my ability to fix them. By Gods good grace was I able to find the courage to attempt it anyway. This was a very big job, and is extremely rewarding to bring back to life such a beautiful piece of history!!

Current update on the Wi******er Model 12! The pump had a complete break/ separation and thank GOD, I was able to get her glued up and secure. Can you spot the crack in the pump??👀

It’s not every day you get to work on a WW1 1911 and a Browning Hi-Power made when N**i Germany took over the factory (see the Waffen marks shown) the Hi- Power got a museum cleaning while the 1911 got a skeleton cleaning. Great care was taken to clean and preserve both of these amazing pieces of history.
