“How to Best Prepare for Our Sales”
1. Be Calm, Courteous, Classy and Respectful to the following:
- other customers
- our volunteer workers
- the home and its contents inside
- the land and property
2. We have a Sign-up sheet for customers that like to arrive early, often located by the front door, this holds your place in line-if you arrive before 9am. If you choose to leave after signing up, you run the risk of getting your name crossed off the list by other customers that arrive early as well. We have a sign-up sheet so you don’t have to stand out in the cold on a stranger’s property in the early morning hours. I would recommend if you are one of the first 10 customers on the sign-up sheet to make sure others know you are there waiting in your car, or across the street in a neighbor’s house to help eliminate assumptions and confusion. The sign-up sheet will always be out the morning of the sale, no matter how early you arrive. If for some reason you sign-up on the Friday evening before, then you are expected to stay and campout in your car- at your own risk-overnight.
3. We are a One day sale only. If we feel there is a need to have a second day sale, we will advertise on our social media later that day or next day early morning. We do markdowns at Noon. Prices are always open to Negotiation. There might be some items, due to client’s wishes, that are non-negotiable.
4. We are called a “Tag Sale” company for a reason. Most of our important, larger, high-end items are always going to have a white price tag attached to each item for sale. Please note if the tag is on an item that is larger, hard to carry, or very fragile to move, make sure to grab the tag first, and let a worker know that you grabbed the tag so they can mark it as sold, to help prevent it from being double sold. Whoever has the tag-gets first dibs on the item.
5. We accept Cash, Venmo, Credit Card, Apple Tap Pay and Check.
6. Furniture expectations: We do not expect you to know ahead of time that you are going to purchase a larger furniture item from our sale. We are flexible and give you time to make arrangements for moving and loading furniture. Our staff/volunteers are not exp
