In any situation we face in life, there is always an option to grow from change. The most inspiring and impactful stories are those where the main characters find a path to grow on the back side of adversity.

It would be ideal if every change we face were easy to understand and the road to growth were clear and straightforward. I have always believed that growth is possible even in the face of the most radical and abrupt changes. I've come to realize that the education, experiences, and insights gained from others provide the best guidance for navigating the ongoing changes in my life. This philosophy shapes my keynote speaking engagements, where I aim to inspire and catalyze change in my audiences.

Are you ready to grow within your own story? Bring me to your next conference and experience impactful storytelling that will motivate you to change your path.

In my keynote and leadership speaking engagements, I challenge the traditional definitions of success, encouraging individuals to pursue what they are truly passionate about.

With over 20 years of experience, I share compelling stories that help audiences define success and fulfillment on their own terms. My own journey has been diverse—from earning a degree in psychology to coaching football, track, and strength training, to embracing the role of a father, all while navigating the challenges of a Young Onset Parkinson's Disease diagnosis. I continually apply the theories and traits I've researched and spoken about, actively working to manage my symptoms and inspire others to redefine success on their personal journeys.

In my book, "Change is Inevitable, Growth is Optional", I dive into the profound concept of love, not just as a feeling but as a passionate dedication to our mission and vision. It might sound a bit sentimental, but I draw an analogy to the unwavering love and loyalty of a pet—each day driven by pure, unconditional affection and commitment to making a difference.

Having faced Young Onset Parkinson's disease, I’ve come to truly understand and appreciate the essence of cherishing each day. This journey has taught me to infuse my life with passion, to love what I learn, and to seek wisdom in every experience. It's about learning from others and applying those lessons to our own paths.

I am eager to share these insights and stories of success and fulfillment with your group. I look forward to connecting with you and inspiring growth through our shared experiences.

When I speak at public events, I notice that the biggest emotions people experience are a blend of inspiration and awareness.

My goal is to share stories that resonate deeply, revealing common traits of success and fulfillment. These stories help individuals take a step back, reset, and gain clarity on their own lives or organizations. The awareness comes from understanding where they stand and how they can grow, while the inspiration drives them to learn from both their surroundings and themselves.

By connecting with these elements, I hope to empower people to forge their own path and define what success means for them.

Just because we can't be friends with everyone does not mean we can't be nice to all we meet and respect those who earn and maintain our respect. The most successful companies in the world understand not everyone will buy their product. Yet that does not stop us from trying to attain 100 percent market share or being genuine and respectful to 100 percent of those we meet. But sometimes, there is no relationship to be developed.

We all must accept this as fact an move on, grow up, get over it. Each of us in the world must focus on what can be controlled.

Reflecting on my journey brings me back to my coaching days in football, where every victory was celebrated with a unique twist-turned-dance. It's a reminder that within every 'team', there's an 'M' and an 'E'—a reminder that while teamwork drives success, personal growth and self-care are equally crucial.

Success isn't just about achieving goals together; it's about fostering an environment where each individual's goals align harmoniously, amplifying our collective impact. The twist dance story from my coaching days reminds me that innovation often comes from reimagining familiar steps, just as we innovate in our workplaces.

Together, we can navigate change with resilience and move forward, step by step.

How often do we hear the intended to be inspirational words, "There is no 'I' in team." Often enough it has become a tongue in cheek comment in situations. It occasionally is taken too far and becomes a rant instead of inspirational.

While the no "I" statement is true, it should be noted there is an "M" and "E," which spells "ME"!

We hear leaders from all walks of business, industry, athletics, theatre, etc. pontificate about team. Most have used the "no 'I' in team" line at some point in their careers. No denying how important a team is to the world around us. The metaphor of a chain and its weakest link is also referenced countless times by leaders looking to inspire and drive success. Hence, the concept of team becomes even more important. The team lifts each of us up to new heights as we work together. All true, all good, all inspiring.

Never forget this paragraph as most would agree it is factual, not just opinion. Although the team is important, each of us must also be aligned to the team and carryout our role. This is the "ME" in team. If each member of the team is not aligned appropriately, the team will eventually become weak. This is why the "ME" is as important as the entire team to maximize the team's potential for success.
