After 4 years with Alter Trading, Marvin McGinnis—our DOT Safety Coordinator (and wearer of many hats!)—is retiring on May 1st.

Marvin has been based out of our Des Moines yard and has made a lasting impact across the organization. While he’s stepping away from full-time work, we’re glad to keep him around a little longer in a part-time role this summer.

As a send-off, he received a thoughtful (and very fitting!) gift from Krista Grau—see the photo below. It suits him perfectly.
