Full moons enhance the energy to let go of things no longer serving you. Feel supported in a safe environment. Sound practitioner Deb Jennings has 31 years experience of holding safe space for groups and individuals. Feel unconditional love and gratitude as you experience a beautiful soundscape created in the moment allowing you to relax, refresh, restore, renew and rejuvenate and feel balanced, aligned, centered and grounded.
If you choose to add the optional cacao beverage, feel how cacao opens and softens the heart, enhancing the meditation experience.
And if you'd like a transformative experience before the gong meditation, join us for Kirtan Devotional Chanting at 5:15 p.m. where we learn simple chants from various traditions. No experience necessary. Our voices allow us to open further and go more deeply into our hearts.
